Shipping policy

Shipping and Return Policy

Covid19 and Holiday Season Shipping Information: Due to safeguards in place to protect our fulfillment centre employees, Canada Post delays and general Holiday Season delays, orders can be expected between 5 and 20 business days. At this time, Partake Brewing cannot guarantee delivery times.

Packages are shipped via Canada Post. We send shipping notices by email. If you have provided us with a valid email address, you will receive a shipping notice after your goods have been collected from our warehouse by the courier.

Shipping Times

Please note, orders ship out between Monday to Friday. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped. 

Delivery Times

Deliveries take place between Monday to Friday, as standard. Delivery hours will normally be any time between 8am to 5pm. During busy periods such as Christmas, drivers may deliver outside of these hours.

Winter Notice

Our product is a liquid and can sometimes freeze in transit. If you experience any damaged cans resulting from being frozen, please send us a photo to customerexperience@drinkpartake.com.

Pricing

Each Partake product on this site shows the listed price before tax. Shipping is included in Canada and the Contiguous United States. Additional tax may be added depending on your Province or States’ tax policies. 

Returns and Refunds

Damaged Order

If there has been damage to your product in transit, please reach out to us with a photo. We'll replace the cost of the can or can(s), or give a credit toward your next purchase. 

Missing Order

If for some reason the product does not arrive, we will offer a full refund or replace the order.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel an order, please do so within four (4) hours of submitting it. If your shipment has already left the warehouse, unfortunately we are unable to cancel it. Refunds will not be issued on shipments that are in transit.

Delivery Time

Partake cannot guarantee shipping times and cannot cancel a shipment once it's in transit. If a product is in transit and is taking longer than expected, we will not issue a refund in the event the product arrives later than expected.

In the event that the quality of your beer has been affected, please fill out this form and contact us at customerexperience@drinkpartake.com 

General Refunds

If you are not satisfied with our products and would like to request a refund, please reach out to us to receive a shipping label in order to send back your product for a refund. A refund will be issued once received at our warehouse. 

General Terms of Service

We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who we believe have harassed our staff, are aggressive or may be engaging in mail fraud.
